Life Planning Service

We have a qualified in-house Life planner available to all our young persons.

Our bespoke life planning service is designed to enable our young persons determine and define their life goals, identify the resources they have and/or would need in order to achieve and then provide a plan/template to help deliver the life goals in a manner that respect the values they hold so dearly.

Systemic Approach

Our qualified consultants provide a systemic approach to implementing the pathway plan for our young persons, bearing in mind that no two people are the same neither the solutions to any challenge a one size fits all.

Our employees are trained in the art of approach their day to day challenges using systemic ideas, that is, dealing with the root causes rather than just the manifested symptoms.

Trauma Informed Approach

We realise the widespread impact of trauma and recognise the signs and symptoms of trauma in young people and respond by integrating knowledge about trauma into policies, procedures and practices.
